Gate valve seized, with missing handle and permanently leaking.
- Colvic 35 Motor cruiser : Recently had £25,000 spent on interior including remote control TV aerial, laptop connections and new upholstery. Most underwater fittings in similar condition as above.

Airconditioning system seawater suction ball valve handle completely wasted

Broom 30 crusier - Aft heads had been removed, but pipework and skin fittings left in place. Inlet and outlet pipes pushed together and held by one rusty clip. Both skin fittings siezed in the open position. Only this between floating and sinking.

Look closely can you see what is wrong with this ball valve"? Actually, it can not be turned off.
