Multiple Locations Surveys
Using the BMSE Survey Network pre-purchase surveys are made available at multiple locations. You may be considering several yachts in different countries and it would not be cost effective for one surveyor to travel to all of them. Time may also be important for you.
The relevant BMSE surveyors can each survey the yacht local to them and each provide a report. The inspections will all be to BMSE standards and therefore equally thorough.
Findings can be discussed between the surveyors via the BMSE internet forum to decide which boats to eliminate from your selection.
Surveyors cannot recommend purchase of specific yachts because of liability but can recommend to eliminate yachts from your selection in order that you may have a selection of the best to choose the one you like.
